A Message from the Owner

Welcome to Ms. Oka’s House TOMO. Nearly 20 years ago, this home in Kamikitazawa—where two women from the Meiji era once taught English and piano—was opened as a community space. Today, children and people of all ages gather here, creating warm, intergenerational connections. We hope to share these special moments with as many people as possible.
