Other Activities

■ Kamikitazawa Walking Tour

We went for a walk around town during the community health center’s café time.
This photo was taken at the Matsuzawa Memorial Hall. The chapel of an old church has been preserved just as it was.
They were delighted to discover something they hadn’t known about, even though it was right in their neighborhood.

■ Preventive Care Exercises

A scene from a “preventive care exercise” session.
Just 30 minutes of exercise is enough to warm you right up♪
Everyone from kids to adults can enjoy it.
Take a break when you're done. Have some coffee.
Please feel free to stop by.

■ A Box of Vintage Books

A scene from the “One-Box Book Fair” organized by students at Taisho University.
We set up a used book market in the garden using books that the students had brought in.
From children to adults, everyone was smiling thanks to the books, creating a lively atmosphere.
